We are the first zero-waste hotel in Italy. Over the years, we have reduced waste production by 60%, completely abandoning the use of plastic and minimising waste.
We give new life to everything that can be recycled or reused. At Conca Park, we are committed to preserving the environment around us every day, through small gestures that make all the difference.

We recycle, reuse and transform
Why throw away when you can recycle? We make sure leftovers from breakfast are used as compost to fertilise our garden in a natural way. Fruit and vegetable scraps find new life in the compost pits in our garden. To avoid excessive and unnecessary washing and energy consumption, pool towels can be rented at a cost of €3 but you can keep them for the entire duration of your stay. At the end of the season, all the profit from these rentals is used to plant trees in our area.
Separate waste collection
Respect for the environment also means proper separation of waste. You will find special bins in all the common areas, where you can throw your waste based on its composition. With the help of our guests, we have managed to achieve 95% separate waste collection. Help us get to 100%... make a difference!
Plastic-free
Conca Park is 100% plastic free. We do not use disposable complimentary toiletry kits in the rooms and you won’t find anything disposable in the restaurant, as we prefer to use refillable and reusable dispensers. We favour the use of compostable materials and we prefer to use glass bottles and everything that does not impact or affect the production of waste.
Drop by drop
Thanks to the recovery of an artesian well, we are able to irrigate the green areas using rainwater only. Also, in every corner of our hotel you will find free water dispensers, where you can fill your water bottle with fresh water whenever you want. If you don’t have a water bottle, you can easily buy one at reception.
The energy you need
At Conca Park we only use energy-saving technologies. For this reason, all the lights in the hotel are timed and the air conditioning switches off automatically when the doors or windows are opened. We try to avoid any form of waste.
Citrus grove
The citrus grove is located in the heart of our hotel, a corner of nature surrounded by citrus trees and colourful flowers. With the fruit from our citrus grove, we provide you delicious juices for breakfast, we make jams and we make the typical Sorrento limoncello liqueur, as well as a marvellous extra virgin olive oil. Vittorio and Tonino take care of our garden, bringing us plenty of seasonal products every day, like tomatoes, aubergines, peppers, cherries, plums and much more.
